- A contracts lead picks one of the open models approved for the organization and asks: "Which of our supplier contracts let us end them early if prices rise?"
- The answer cites the packaging and freight agreements. The question, who asked and the sources shown are recorded in the audit log.
- The first citation opens the packaging agreement at the clause it came from, highlighted.
Signed in as a sales team member
- A sales team member asks the same question.
- They cannot read the supplier contracts, so the answer never mentions them. It comes from the purchasing policy, which says to ask the contracts team.
- The citation opens the purchasing policy at the passage it came from, and the audit log records the question, who asked and the one source shown.

Where does Exalt Reserve run?
Inside the customer's own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environment. Exalt deploys the platform there. The customer keeps control of the infrastructure, data, and models.

AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Who pays for the cloud?
You do. The account and the subscription stay in your name, and the infrastructure cost stays on your bill.
How is this different from Exalt Edge?
Edge is dedicated Exalt hardware in your building. Reserve is the same platform in a cloud account you already own. Exalt Hybrid runs both.
