Exalt Reserve

Approve what it reads. Then automate the work.

Exalt Reserve

In Exalt Reserve, your admins approve each document and set who can read it. Agents then work from approved documents, strung together into your business processes, with a person you choose signing off.

Every document is approved, with its readers set.

Illustrative. A demonstration workspace, not a customer session.

  1. A new supplier agreement waits for approval in Exalt Ledger.
  2. The contracts manager reviews it and sets who can read it: the contracts team.
  3. Once approved, it joins the approved documents, and the approval is recorded in the audit log with who approved it.

How the work stays in check

  • Agents work only from approved documents, and each step cites its source.
  • An automation starts from a new document, a schedule or a person.
  • Every run shows each step's status, and a person you choose can sign it off.
  • Approvals and admin actions are recorded in the audit log, kept in your own cloud account.

A supplier letter, handled by agents and signed off by a person.

Illustrative. A demonstration workspace, not a customer session.

  1. The packaging supplier's price-increase letter is added to the supplier letters, which starts the automation.
  2. Agents read the letter, find the contract terms, check the purchasing policy and draft a notice to end the agreement, each citing its source.
  3. The run waits for the contracts lead, who signs it off.
